Joe Dannin received his first tool belt at the age of 3. His parents, avid renovators, included Joe (along with his twin sister) in a variety of age-appropriate tasks. He was often by his father's side, observing, learning, and assisting. Joe's Dad, Charles Dannin, was RTD's first volunteer House Captain in 1996.
A 2013 graduate of Oakwood High School, Joe has been a tradesman on a variety of construction and renovation projects throughout the area.
Joe has a deep appreciation for art, music, architecture, and craftsmanship. He currently resides in the City of Dayton along with his extensive vinyl record collection and drum kit. "I am grateful for the opportunity to help low-income homeowners through my service to Rebuilding Together Dayton. I feel like I've come full circle and look forward to my affiliation with this excellent organization!"
