National Rebuilding Day

Rebuilding Day sponsors help underwrite our one-day renovation event. Sponsors provide a financial contribution and – if you wish – a team of volunteers to work on a home or community project. RTD can provide excellent benefits to sponsor groups, including recognition on the RTD website, event signage, and our social media sites, based on the donation amount.

Seasonal Safe@Home

Seasonal Safe@Home sponsors help to provide the necessary materials and often the volunteers to complete projects. Each summer, we work with volunteer groups (summer camps, local youth groups, high school groups, small corporate groups, and other local volunteer groups) on projects that are matched with when volunteers are available. Typical summer and fall projects include landscaping, community clean-ups, and exterior painting.

Operations

To execute RTD’s outreach, fundraising, and program activities at the office, RTD depends on annual grants and donations from businesses and individuals, which go towards particular projects or general operational expenses. Therefore, when you donate to Rebuilding Together Dayton, your donation goes directly to help low-income homeowners in need in our community. Out of every dollar donated, .92 cents support our programs.
